Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Implement and sustain Process Safety Management (PSM) systems across manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and global process safety standards.
- Develop and review process safety procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Lead HAZOP, HAZID, What-If Analysis, LOPA, and other risk assessment studies.
- Identify process hazards and recommend risk mitigation measures.
- Monitor closure of action items arising from safety studies and audits.
Incident Investigation
- Conduct investigations of process safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Share learnings and best practices across sites.
