Job Description
Amazon Marketplace Manager – Key Responsibilities Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our presence on Amazon.ca. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving product visibility, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless customer experience across our Amazon channels.
1. Amazon Account Management
Oversee and optimize the company’s Amazon Seller Central account(s)
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and procedures
Manage seller performance metrics (e.g., Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate)
2. Product Listings & Catalog Management Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the Amazon Catalog & Listing Specialist to ensure all product listings are accurately created, maintained, and optimized.
