Job Description
We are looking for someone whose main strength is Amazon catalog research and product data management. Our workflow is very different from managing an Amazon store.
The candidate's daily responsibilities will include:
- Receiving supplier price sheets (Excel, CSV, PDF)
- Searching products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brand names, or product titles
- Finding and verifying the correct ASIN
- Confirming that the product matches exactly (size, color, pack count, images, UPC, etc.)
- set up products into our internal purchasing system, which then lists the items on our Amazon Seller Central account
- Entering supplier costs, case packs, and other product information
- Identifying duplicate ASINs, incorrect matches, missing listings, and catalog inconsistencies
- Processing large supplier catalogs efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
