Join ALPHA IT as a Support Technician, where your skills will directly impact client satisfaction and success. You'll be the face of our support services, solving problems and fostering relationships.
Serving as the first point of contact, you will answer client requests quickly, maintaining a 15-minute SLA. You will handle support calls, diagnose issues related to hardware, software, and networks, and complete necessary maintenance tasks. Our goal is to enhance every client's experience with dedicated support and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address client support requests across various channels
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance including updates and reviews
• Keep accurate documentation of all support interactions
• Help onboard new clients with setup and account provisioning
