Job Description

KeyĀ Responsibilities

  • DefineĀ andĀ ownĀ theĀ end-to-endĀ algorithmicĀ architectureĀ forĀ motorĀ control,Ā includingĀ traction,Ā auxiliary, and hybridĀ motors.
  • DevelopĀ motorĀ controlĀ strategiesĀ such as Field-Oriented Control (FOC), Direct Torque Control (DTC), sensorless control, and torque/speed regulation.
  • Design algorithms for inverterĀ control, PWMĀ modulation,Ā current/voltageĀ sensing, andĀ thermalĀ management.
  • CollaborateĀ withĀ hardwareĀ engineersĀ toĀ optimizeĀ algorithmsĀ forĀ embeddedĀ platformsĀ (MCU, DSP, FPGA,Ā SoC).
  • EnsureĀ functionalĀ safetyĀ (ISO 26262)Ā complianceĀ forĀ motorĀ controlĀ algorithmsĀ andĀ contributeĀ to ASIL-levelĀ definitions.
  • Lead model-based algorithm development and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools.
  • DefineĀ interfacesĀ betweenĀ motorĀ controlĀ algorithmsĀ andĀ vehicle-levelĀ systemsĀ (batteryĀ management,Ā drivetrain,Ā regenerativeĀ braking).
