Shell Aviation is a leading global supplier of aviation fuels and lubricants. This role is a Site Manager responsible for day‑to‑day aviation fueling operations, HSSE leadership, compliance, people management, asset integrity, and stock control across Shell Aviation sites in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Operations Management: Accountable for safe, reliable and efficient fuel operations in line with Shell Aviation Operations Manual, JIG standards and local regulatory requirements. Maintain operational readiness during peak demand, disruptions or emergencies. Lead cost management, budgeting, expenditure tracking and OPEX optimisation.
HSSE & Ethics Leadership: Provide visible HSSE leadership and lead site HSSE activities, including toolbox talks, inspections, safety visits, and field coaching. Prepare and maintain the Site HSSE Plan and Emergency Response Plan, conduct drills, and coordinate with airport emergency services....
