Job OverviewWe are looking for an Airfreight Time Critical Supervisor to lead and develop the Time Critical operations, ensuring agility, operational excellence, high service level, and expansion of business opportunities in this strategic segment.
Principal Responsibilities Supervise the daily Time Critical operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, sense of urgency, and adherence to customer‑agreed deadlines. Lead, coach, and develop team members, promoting training, support, and professional growth. Develop business for the Time Critical product, identifying commercial opportunities, supporting prospecting, and expanding the client portfolio.
