Job Description
DSV – Global transport and logistics in Malaysia is seeking a senior leader for the Airfreight branch in Johor. You will drive regional and global airfreight strategy, plan resources, hire skilled staff, and coach team leaders to achieve profit targets and high service levels.
You will oversee branch operations, ensure KPI delivery, manage subcontractors, control costs, and support commercial activities to grow revenue while upholding QHSE standards and carrier policies.
