Job Description
Offshore Business Processing in Alabang is seeking a Logistics Customer Relations Specialist to manage time-critical shipments and keep operations moving for clients.
You will handle requests, advise on weather, geo-political and trade compliance restrictions, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate with carriers and the back office while following SOPs to ensure timely delivery. Onsite role with HMO Day 1 and a 20k signing bonus.
