Airfreight Manager

Main goal Manage airfreight operations for Port Moresby branch as well as customer relationships in compliance with PNG legal requirements, Company goals and procedures, industry quality standards of the service while achieving revenue growth and maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level. Reporting to the Freight Manager you will be responsible for: Manage import/export operations for airfreight cargo, set clear expectations to the team on processing targets, goals and compliance to applicable regulations and company procedures, ensure accurate records in the Company system, distribute tasks for effective execution, ensure control over Company assets Manage warehouse operations for bonded warehouse in line with safety expectations, maintain compliance with Customs/NAQIA requirements for Depot operators, ensure high level of inventory accuracy and Enable effective work of delivery team to provide smooth on-time delivery of air cargo to customers, monitor delivery schedule, ...
