- Operational handling of primarily export air shipments and monitoring of all operational & financial tasks related.
- Monitoring the performance of carriers and service providers.
- Collaboration with various departments on business implementations.
- Checking KPIs and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations.
- Communication with suppliers, airlines, and transport companies, as well as daily correspondence withour global network in English.
- Several years of work experience in the field of air freight.
- Team spirit, negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Organizational talent, flexible attitude, eagerness to learn, initiative, and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages both written and spoken.
