Job Description
The Aircraft Worker Supervisor provides senior-level oversight of aircraft maintenance operations in direct support of the 89th Airlift Wing’s executive airlift mission.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and provide technical direction to lead aircraft workers and aircraft works responsible for the upkeep, cosmetic appearance (interior and exterior) of Executive Airlift Aircraft.
+ Coordinates cleaning efforts with production supervisor to ensure all mission scheduled aircraft are fully compliant with contractual standards for aircraft appearance and cleanliness.
+ Prioritizes and assigns work based on daily flying schedule and future flying requirements to proactively stay ahead of requirements.
+ Monitor flying schedule to ensure adequate personnel are available to support daily operations.
+ Adjust work schedules or mandate overtime to meet mission requirements.
+ Conduct in progress assessments to ensure personnel are meeting requirements....
