Job Overview
We support our client, a major player in aerospace manufacturing in the Canadian market, in their search for an Aircraft Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, tracking and communication of the plan to close the technical items of each aircraft in accordance with short‑term planning requirements.
- Prioritize and harmonize access for various stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Monitor and help resolve blockers for each aircraft (RNC, BOI, issues, etc.) by liaising with Operations and Operations Support teams.
- Escalate blocking issues when necessary to the right people at the right time; identify process blockers and lead improvement projects to resolve them.
- Participate in E2EQG routines, in particular prepare and lead FOT meetings, and contribute to monthly E2EQG analyses and action follow‑up.
