TransPerfect is seeking an AI Special Forces Specialist to join our rapidly evolving AI support team. You will be the first line of defense when clients encounter issues with AI agents or need to integrate them with external systems.
You will troubleshoot, respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Slack, and collaborate with CS, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers hybrid in-office and remote work.
