We’re launching a new business line in Mexico and looking for a strong leader to own credit risk end-to-end. You’ll set the risk vision, design frameworks, build and lead the team, and ensure sustainable portfolio growth while keeping losses under control.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Build from scratch: design credit origination policy, limit setting, pricing guardrails, early-warning triggers, and collections feedback loops
• Own risk metrics: manage risk appetite and ensure portfolio performance stays within it;
  
  maintain live dashboards and explain drivers of metric changes
• Portfolio analytics: perform segmentation, stress-testing, cohort analysis, and vintage tracking
