Job Description
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform
- Develop conversational AI for patient engagement, internal workflows, and clinical support
- Integrate AI copilots into systems like EMR/EHR, CRM, and hospital management systems
2. Use Case Implementation
Drive practical healthcare AI use cases such as:
- Patient Support Bots (appointment booking, FAQs, triage guidance)
- Clinical Assistance Tools (documentation drafting, summarizing patient notes)
- Call Center AI Assistants (agent copilots for faster response and accuracy)
Integration & Automation
- Connect AI agents with APIs, databases, and healthcare platforms
- Automate workflows using Power Automate / RPA tools
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data integrity
