Scope of Pre‑Sales Activities Prepare product‑market‑fit for the local market using Byte Plus Iaa S, Paa S, Maa S, and Video Cloud products. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and assess their potential. Engage with customers to clearly define the product and solution value proposition within their context. Develop proposals for customers, including business needs, application solutions, technical architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Construct demos for customers’ use cases, encompassing Public Cloud, AI Agent Platform, and Language/Content generation Model workflows. Generate documentation for use cases, proposed solutions, product requirements, demos, and customer feedback. Offer training and guidance to customers for solution deployment.
