Job Description
Job Purpose
Senior candidates would be expected to provide technical leadership of a component or subsystem within an internally developed AI platform, driving quality and best practices while mentoring junior team members. You will be expected to demonstrate technical authority for specific domains such as backend services, system integration, or frontend experience.
Junior candidates may also consider themselves for this role as a function of their demonstrable expertise, rather than professional tenure or experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Own technical direction for assigned components; make design decisions within scope.
- Architecture: Design full feature and component-level architectures; contribute to system-wide architectural discussions.
- Complex Development: Lead development of complex features spanning an internally developed AI IDE consisting of frontend, backend and related databases.
