Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Asia Risk Consulting team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an AI Solution Specialist, you will design and develop AI solutions that address complex business use cases across Marsh Risk Asia. You will partner with business, product, engineering, data, and architecture teams to architect and build production‑grade AI‑enabled solutions, focusing on code quality, scalability, and responsible deployment. This role is suited to a technically strong individual contributor with hands‑on coding expertise in AI/ML technologies and proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade solutions from design through implementation.
