Job Description
Build the operational backbone of the Anthropic BU by standardizing reusable AI delivery patterns, enablement systems, certification governance, and enterprise deployment frameworks.
This role converts frontier AI experimentation into repeatable enterprise execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run the Anthropic CoE
- Define standards for: Claude implementations
- Define standards for: Agentic workflows
- Define standards for: MCP integrations
- Define standards for: AI governance
- Define standards for: Eval frameworks
- Own enablement and certification strategy
- Build reusable accelerators and playbooks
- Govern delivery quality standards
- Operationalize learnings from MSAB and FDE teams
