As an AI Product Manager, you willhelp shape thefutureourAI-native Platform,where agents are as much of a focus as APIs, data, and user experiences. You will define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmapbyidentifying high-impact use cases,prioritizingmulti-agent systems, orchestration layers, and LLM-based workflows, and partnering with engineering toevaluate andscope models, measure performance, andestablishguardrails for accuracy, cost, and responsibleapplication ofAI. You will own the lifecycle of AI features, from discovery and experimentation through rollout,measurement, and continuous iteration, while serving as the voice of the customer to ensure the platform consistently meets the evolving needs of our partners, their clients,internal users and clients,and delivers onSherweb’sgrowth objectives.
