Job Description
We are seeking a motivated AI IT Intern to join our team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of information technology while supporting our AI IT team in day‑to‑day operations. This internship will provide valuable exposure to different areas of AI IT, including but not limited to system administration, network management, technical support, and software/hardware troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding IT systems and applications.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Help manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as assigned, such as system upgrades and migrations.
