Job Description

  CoPilot Innovations, a subsidiary of The Plumtree Group, is looking for an AI Engineering Lead to act as the technical authority across our engineering team.

  •   This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build production-ready AI systems while coaching engineers, reviewing architectures, and setting strong engineering standards internally as well as across client accounts.


    This is a client-facing leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building teams, shaping solutions, and staying close to emerging Al capabilities.
