Job Description
Crossover is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to tackle complex tickets by combining hands-on debugging with AI-assisted workflows. You will investigate across tickets, logs, and knowledge bases to reproduce issues before proposing solutions.
You will work 1:00 PM–10:00 PM UTC as a contractor, with a pay rate of $30 per hour, paid weekly. Prior experience with REST APIs, JSON, and CLI is essential, along with strong English communication.
