Job Description
BMC Helix is seeking a Solution Engineer to be the technical authority across the customer lifecycle. You will design and validate Helix solutions, tailor HelixGPT agent use cases, and support sales with technical demonstrations and proofs of value.
Collaborate with Adoption Engineers and delivery teams to ensure deployed solutions meet customer objectives, governance, and security requirements, enabling long-term adoption and value realization.
