Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Business Partner with a background in consulting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The core mission is not to 'build AI,' but to drive business teams to understand, adopt, and actively use AI - serving as the bridge between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within business processes where AI can add value, and propose actionable AI use cases
- Drive the adoption and piloting of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dify) in day-to-day business operations
- Translate business requirements into executable solutions in collaboration with technical and AI teams
- Support stakeholder management, project planning, and change management for AI initiatives
- Track the on-the-ground impact of AI projects and produce ROI and risk analyses
