Job Description
AI Builders is a 12-month accelerated program designed to develop the next generation of builders in the AI ecosystem.
We are looking for AI-native high performers: people who instinctively use AI to think faster, build faster, and solve problems differently.
During the program you will work on real strategic initiatives across the company, collaborating with leadership and solving complex business problems with AI.
You will be expected to:
- Build new systems with AI
- Move fast and execute with ownership
At the end of the program, top performers will transition into strategic roles at Xertica in areas such as Growth, Marketing, Communications, People, Corporate Development, Growth, or AI-driven Operations.
