We are hiring full-time Automation Engineers to support entrepreneurs and founders across the US and Europe. As an Automation Engineer, you will be the operational backbone behind visionary leaders—leveraging your technical expertise, organizational excellence, and proactive mindset to help them reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters.
Your Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain efficient digital operations systems for email, calendar, task, and project management.
Coordinate and optimize daily workflows across productivity tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello.
Manage and protect the founder’s time through smart scheduling, inbox management, and proactive communication.
Integrate and automate processes using n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Workspace automations to streamline repetitive tasks.
