Job Description
Factorial is building a platform that connects HR software with the broader ecosystem. As an engineer on the API & Integrations team in Barcelona, you’ll own the public API and the integrations framework end‑to‑end, from problem definition to production monitoring. You’ll work with Product and Design to serve real user needs and ensure a consistent experience across verticals. You’ll collaborate closely with teams, mentor peers, and help shape AI integration initiatives as we extend our platform
