The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a National Consultant to conduct an assessment of the potential to scale the Vendor Business School (VBS) to additional cities and municipalities in the Philippines under the CGIAR Food Frontiers and Security Science Program. The consultant will lead the design and implementation of an assessment study to evaluate the feasibility of expanding the Vendor Business School to five new locations. Working closely with the Frontiers Program team, the consultant will engage with vendors, local governments, and other key stakeholders to generate evidence-based recommendations that will inform future implementation and scaling of the VBS.
