Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. Job Description: Pre & Post Contract Specialist – Finishing Works (Residential Projects, Mumbai Zone) Pre-Contract Responsibilities: Independently manage activities for interior and finishing works contracts across residential projects in the Mumbai Zone.
Conduct detailed techno-commercial evaluations of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) provided by consultants/architects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, drawings, and defined scope of work. Verify completeness and accuracy of item descriptions and specifications.
Lead the pre-qualification process and vendor development for relevant tenders.
Perform market surveys and industry benchmarking to w.r.t. vendors, specifications, and cost structures in comparison with similar projects in terms of scale and quality.
Prepare comprehensive tender documents and float tenders to pre-qualified contractors/vendors.
