Job Summary
Direct and coordinate all phases of the activities within the designated work groups that may include Mill, Operations, Loadout, Yard, Pit 2/ Reclamation, Pit 3, Olive Pit, temporary Pits and Maintenance. Other work groups may be added at the discretion of management. Responsible for inspecting work area, coordinating of work team activities, ordering of parts and supplies, maintenance of the operations within the designated areas which can include, but not limited to: dredge, plant, dust machines, support equipment, and lake areas. The Foreman is also responsible for maintaining and ordering parts, lubricants, and supplies in order to maintain equipment in assigned work areas. The Foreman is to ensure that all work is carried out by the work team in a safe, environmentally compliant and efficient manner.
