Provide customer service in monitoring freight to ensure timely arrival, accurate preparation of shipping documents for final delivery to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on inbound shipments and ensure freight is made available for customers to receive their cargoes in the quickest possible time. 
  • Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
  • Ensure documents and freight are turned over to customers’ brokers timely
  • Trace flight delays with airlines and origins to ensure timely feedback on arrival information to customers and customer service team
  • Ensure all paperwork are in proper order that meet customer’s profile and comply to local rules and regulations
  • Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers’ needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100 compliance
