Job Description

• Assist supervisor/manager to lead team of operations assistants(accounting & Operations), by providing support and guidance tothem as necessary.
• Check and follow up on the daily exported shipment and ensuringbilling, billing report and shipping documentation are correctlyexecuted and apply as per Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve 100% customersatisfaction at all times.
• Ensure all documentations (invoices, reports and shippingdocuments) are promptly sent, mailed and file and comply to localrules and regulations.
• Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as perGood Distribution Practice (GDP) /Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS) regulations and directi...
