Job Description

Job Purpose

Plan consols for optimum yield while meeting customers’ expectations.

Key Accountabilities

• Make bookings with airlines for export to various destinations via email or phone calls.
• Build good working relationship with our airline partners.
• Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
• Follow‑up on shipments to ensure onboard the scheduled flights and arrive destinations.
• Maximize built‑up units and minimize space wastage to increase yields.
• Provide flight details to internal customers timely.
• Ensure that any discrepancy/offloading related to shipments being reported to Customer Service team and other offices promptly.
• Timely processing of recap/settlements with destination offices.
• Verifying airlines invoices and ensure correct amount billed.
