Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Positioning
- Collaborate with the Agency Business/Strategic Development team across nationwide regions.
- Strategically plan and position key initiatives, products, and campaigns for comprehensive coverage.
- Ensure the achievement of production, recruitment, active agents, and Advisory targets.
- Utilize data to identify insights and trends for informed decision‑making.
- Diagnose the current situation and drive the execution of crucial strategic initiatives.
Market Intelligence and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including focus groups and on‑ground feedback.
- Provide valuable insights to internal teams, such as Agency Business Partner and Product Marketing....
