Job Description

1. Development of agency distributors to achieve Key Performance Indicators

Major Activities

• Plans and implements strategies and tactics in meeting all measures of targets
• Develops managers and advisors to recruit sales force with the capability to access its desired target market
• Drives quality managers and advisors by implementing developmental and motivational activities to increase productivity and competence
• Coordinates with Agency Training and Development unit for developmental pro-grams
• Ensures compliance to regular reports
