USMC MQ‑9 AGE/GSE Mechanic

The USMC MQ‑9 Age/GSE Mechanic supports an Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) / Ground Support Equipment (GSE) shop in a medium to large‑sized military aircraft flying organization. The role ensures the timely and proper performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGE/GSE equipment and light support vehicles. Duties include inspecting, testing, and operating AGE/GSE to determine serviceability and proper operation, diagnosing mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions, interpreting drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical data, identifying and ordering replacement parts, and removing, disassembling, repairing, cleaning, treating for corrosion, assembling, and reinstalling AGE/GSE accessories and components.
