Aged Care Comprehensive Assessor

Full time Home Health and Personal Care Aides; and Nursing Assistants, Orderlies, and Psychiatric Aides

As a Clinical Aged Care Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in identifying the needs of older adults and connecting them with services that help them live independently with the highest quality of life.

Daily travel is a core requirement of this role. You will travel throughout your service area each day, conducting in-home assessments and engaging directly with clients in their community to understand individual needs and provide support where it’s needed most.

Your Role:
