Job Description
Western Sales is hiring Service Technicians for permanent roles across Outlook, Central Butte, Davidson, Elrose, Rosetown, and Biggar. Contribute your technical skills to maintain and service top-notch John Deere machinery.
This position calls for motivated individuals ready to tackle agricultural equipment repairs. Previous dealership experience with John Deere is helpful, but not essential. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, overhauling, and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors and combines, ensuring our customers' satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty Ag machinery
• Maintain and overhaul tractors and seeders
• Provide adjustments and calibrations for performance
• Work extended hours in busy seasons like Spring and Fall
• Collaborate within a team to optimize equipment support
