What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair tractors, combines, sprayers, and other agricultural equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Prepare equipment for seasonal planting and harvest.
- Work alongside an experienced operations team to keep equipment field-ready.
