About the role:
Join the team at Techdynamics OPC' as an Aftersales Assistant in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City office. This full‑time role is crucial in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our growing company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and contribute to the success of the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle return, refund, and replacement requests from customers (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok).
- Process and validate warranty claims, DOA (dead on arrival), and damaged items.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service center for investigation and resolution.
- File and manage appeals with platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
- Collect and submit evidence (photos, videos, waybill, unboxing proof).
- Monitor case status until resolution and compensation.

- Missing items.
