Job Description
Become a Receiver/Shunter with Darling Ingredients in Hickson, Ontario, on an afternoon shift from 3pm to 11pm. This role focuses on equipment inspection and trailer handling for efficient production.
As a vital part of our operations, you will perform pre-inspections on equipment and manage the logistics of moving trailers into processing areas. This position includes filling production paperwork and maintaining a safe working environment, all while ensuring adherence to safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute pre-inspections on equipment prior to use
• Move and dump trailers into designated areas
• Prioritize trailer dumping using dispatch sheets
• Uphold cleanliness in assigned work areas
• Complete all required production documentation accurately
Requirements:
• Valid Class G driver's license essential
• Experience with heavy machinery preferred
• Excellent organizational skills needed
