Job Description
**After School Program Leader – Learning Center** is responsible for creating, organizing, and leading engaging child care and youth development programs in a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
**Pay:** **$24.00+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)** and **WEEKLY PAY** !
**Schedule:** Approximately **17–20 hours per week** , Monday–Friday
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ **Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development, or possession of a Children's Center Permit**
+ Coursework and/or experience related to child development and early learning
+ Ability to effectively communicate with children, families, staff, and the public
+ Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices
+ Ability to build positive, cooperative relationships with students, families, and colleagues
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
