Key Responsibilities Own and evolve betXchange's affiliate strategy across Sports, Casino, Racing, Lotto and Retail Identify new affiliate acquisition opportunities locally and internationally Build a diversified portfolio of high-performing affiliates Develop long-term affiliate growth plans aligned to acquisition targets Expand relationships across publishers, comparison sites, tipsters, influencers and content creators Continuously evaluate new partnership models and acquisition opportunities Identify and recruit new affiliate partners Negotiate commercial agreements and CPA, Rev Share or Hybrid deals Build strong relationships with high-value acquisition partners Monitor affiliate performance daily Optimise campaigns using acquisition, conversion and customer value data Improve CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV and player quality Build optimisation plans with affiliates to maximise commercial performance Identify underperformin...
