Affiliate & MCN Lead

Full-time Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, and Sales Managers

Principal Duties & Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to own the growth and performance of the Group's Affiliate Marketing and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) business, which encompasses spearheading affiliate strategy, creator acquisition and management, campaign execution, and commercial growth.

The role's functional scope acts as a central integrator across brands, creators, and platform partners to maximize commercial returns.

You are expected to anchor the function and drive execution through the guidance of the GM of Social Commerce.

You will report to the GM of Social Commerce, champion the rolling affiliate programs, and establish and maintain proper structural controls in the TikTok Shop Partner Center, commission setups, and creator databases.
