- Develop and execute affiliate and KOL strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
- Recruit, negotiate, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Plan and manage affiliate and KOL campaigns, including campaign briefs, product seeding, commission schemes, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as GMV, engagement, conversion rate, ROI, and content performance, then optimize for better results.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and potential creators for future collaborations.
