Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially driven Business Development Manager with hands‑on knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam etc. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and technical capability, where you will not only drive new business but also conduct product demos and handle basic technical discussions with clients across architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the AEC sector
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
