Responsibilities
:Β β’ Providing clients with holistic financial plans that consider all aspects of their financial life including their short and long-term goals, tax, retirement, risk management and estate planning with a specific focus on Insurance needs
Β β’ Identifying opportunities to deepen and solidify the relationship with the client while ensuring regulatory guidelines are followed
Β β’ Supporting a positive client experience with an 85% focus on servicing existing clients according to the Corporate Channel service standard and 15% on growing the client base.
Β β’ Maximizing efficiency and enhancing service levels through the use of IGWMβs digital tools
β’ Managing day-to-day priorities, servicing inbound/outbound client contacts, executing on proactive campaigns, and retention activities that are provided by our Marketing team.
