Revenue Management activities include strategy, deal management, and product pricing. In short, Revenue Management strives to offer the “right” price, on the “right” item, to the “right” customer, through the “right” channel, at the “right” time, for thousands of items to thousands of different customers, through multiple businesses.
Exceptions Management operates within Revenue Management to develop pricing strategy and execute pricing operations that fall outside of standard contract pricing structures.
